Additional information

When I refer in my texts to “my narcissistic ex-partner” or “a narcissist”, this is solely based on my personal perception and experience. I do not provide medical diagnoses and do not name any individuals or details that would make specific persons identifiable. My content is intended to help those affected understand the dynamics of narcissistic abuse. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental, unless such persons have made themselves publicly identifiable.
