What I can do for you

Anyone who has experienced narcissistic abuse knows this: it is not a “normal” relationship conflict, and it is not ordinary heartbreak. It is a gradual, systematic erosion of self-worth, perception, and inner safety. Many of my clients tell me that at some point they no longer recognised themselves – and that is exactly where my coaching begins.

In our sessions, the focus is not on changing the narcissist. The focus is on strengthening you. We work together to make sense of what you have experienced, to understand your own patterns, and to reconnect with the inner anchors that give you stability. You learn to recognise dynamics – not only in hindsight, but also in present or future situations.

A safe space for you

Coaching offers a protected space where you do not need to explain or justify yourself. Everything is welcome here: pain, anger, confusion, doubt, and hope. We move step by step, at your pace. The goal is for you to feel grounded again – clear on the inside, emotionally more stable, and aware of how to protect yourself going forward.

My experience – your resource

I have been working as a coach for many years, combining structure, experience, and deep psychological understanding. I have studied psychology for decades, both theoretically and in practical application. What truly matters, however, is this: I am also a survivor myself. I have lived through many facets of narcissistic abuse and eventually made the final decision to separate from my narcissistic former partner. This path has given me not only deep insight, but also a finely tuned sense for the dynamics, pitfalls, and possible ways out.

Coaching – flexible, location-independent, and easy to access

My coaching sessions usually take place via Zoom. No installation is required – you can simply join through your browser, including on your phone. Zoom is free and easy to use. If it feels more comfortable, you can keep your camera turned off; in that case, the session is very similar to a regular phone call. Sessions via WhatsApp are also possible. A session lasts 60 minutes. You book sessions only when you feel you need support; there is no fixed schedule required. To begin, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, so we can calmly explore whether and how working together would be helpful for you.

Who this coaching is for

My coaching is intended for people who are currently experiencing or have experienced narcissistic abuse. Family members or close supporters may also benefit from coaching, especially if they want to better understand the dynamics and learn how to set healthy boundaries. Coaching does not replace psychotherapy, but it can be a valuable complement for coping with acute stress and rebuilding inner stability.

A solidarity-based fee structure

It is important to me that people can access support when they truly need it. At the same time, coaching needs to remain sustainable for everyone involved – including myself. That is why I work with a solidarity-based fee structure that combines accessibility with reliability. The regular guideline fee for a 60-minute session is €95. This is the standard framework for my work and allows me to offer coaching with the necessary depth, care, and presence. Included in this fee are €5, which go into an internal solidarity fund. This fund supports people who are currently unable to afford coaching on their own.

Reduced fee – as initial support

If you are currently facing financial difficulties and cannot afford the regular guideline fee of €95, a reduced fee may be possible. The reduced fee ranges between €55 and €95 per session. This reduced fee is deliberately limited to a maximum of three sessions. It is intended as initial support during an acute phase – to help you arrive, stabilise, and regain some orientation. These sessions are about finding your footing again and clarifying next steps. After these three sessions, we will look together at whether further support would be helpful and feasible. Any continuation then takes place at the regular rate. Whether the reduced fee is appropriate for you is discussed respectfully and without justification during the free introductory call.

Carrying the solidarity forward

If you are financially stable and able to pay more than the guideline fee of €95, your contribution directly helps ensure that others can access coaching when they need it most. This is entirely voluntary – but it is a quiet act of solidarity that makes this structure possible.

5-session package (regular rate)

For those who are able to pay the regular guideline fee of €95 per session and would like a more committed framework over several sessions, I offer a 5-session package. It includes five sessions with a 10% discount compared to individual bookings. The 5-session package is available only at the regular rate and cannot be combined with the time-limited reduced fee.

A personal note

I want to say this very clearly: for the reduced fee, I do not require any documents, proof, or explanations. If someone tells me they are currently experiencing financial difficulties, I believe them. Coaching is meant to provide relief and support – not additional pressure or the feeling of having to justify yourself.

And now?

If you feel ready, simply contact me using the form below. We will then arrange a free introductory call of about 20 minutes, where we can calmly explore whether and how working together would be helpful for you. You do not need to prepare anything or explain things “the right way”. It is enough that you show up. I usually respond within 12 hours. Please also check your spam folder if needed. If you are still unsure, you are welcome to read the client testimonials to see how others have experienced my work.

Warm regards,
Marion
