Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Marion Schimmelpfennig (“the Provider”) to consumers and businesses. Any deviating terms of the client shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Services

The Provider offers coaching services by telephone or online, based on individual agreement. Coaching serves personal development and does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.

3. Formation of contract

A contract is concluded as soon as an appointment has been agreed upon and confirmed by the Provider.

4. Fees and payment

The fee agreed at the time of booking shall apply. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due prior to the session. All prices are final prices for private individuals and include 21% IVA. For businesses with a valid EU VAT ID, the same amount applies net (reverse-charge procedure).

5. Cancellation policy

Refunds of fees already paid are excluded. The entitlement to the booked session remains valid and may be used at a later date by prior agreement. If an agreed appointment is not attended by the client or is cancelled at short notice (less than 24 hours before the scheduled start), the service shall be deemed provided. In this case, there is no entitlement to a replacement or refund. If the appointment cannot take place for reasons attributable to the Provider, an alternative appointment will be offered.

6. Liability

The Provider shall be liable only for intent and gross negligence. No guarantee of success is given for the coaching services.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information disclosed in the context of coaching will be treated confidentially.

8. Applicable law

Spanish law shall apply.
